Joining the Ohana team in April 2024, Natalia is a seasoned global development practitioner with over 15 years of experience in participatory policy-making, public affairs, advocacy, and multi-stakeholder engagement, specialising in responsible business conduct, human rights, and sustainability.

With an extensive career spanning across development agencies, NGOs and consultancies, Natalia brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Ohana team.

Natalia leads the transparency and supply chain team at Ohana, overseeing impactful work in product transparency (green claims, digital product passport, ecolabel, textile labelling regulation), reporting (CSRD, taxonomy), and supply chain policies (due diligence, forced labour, purchasing practices, supplier engagement, climate and biodiversity).
